Terms & Conditions

Please note that all clients will need to agree to the following prior to exercising with me:

• • I accept that sessions must be paid for in advance before the session commences

• • I accept that refunds will not be given due to illness, injury or non-participation, unless notification is provided to the personal trainer 24hrs in advance of the session

• • I accept that all outstanding sessions must be used within 12 months of purchase & any sessions not used within this time due to inactivity will not be refunded

• • I accept that any lost time due to my late arrival will not be made up at the end of the session; if the Personal Trainer is late for a session I will receive the full session time or have the outstanding time added to another session

• • I accept that in case my Personal Trainer falls ill or is unable to attend the session, the session will be cancelled & re-arranged

• • I state that I wish to participate in activities which may include strenuous exercise

• • I understand that my participation in these activities involves the risk of injury & thus confirm that I’m voluntary participating on those exercises which have been recommended by the Personal Trainer to me

• • I accept that the result of any fitness program by my Personal Trainer provided cannot be guaranteed & my improvements depend entirely on my own personal effort inside & outside the sessions

• • I accept that my results may differ from other people’s results

• • I understand that the Personal Trainer is not be able to provide me with medical advice with regard to my medical fitness & that the information used is as a guideline to limitations of my ability to exercise safely

• • I certify that my answers given to the Pre-Activity Questionnaire are true & complete to the best of my knowledge

• • I accept that it is my full responsibility to inform the Personal Trainer of any conditions or changes of my health, which may impact my sessions
